Internal Revenue Service

Step 2 of 3

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is responsible for administering the Internal Revenue Code enacted by Congress. If you need information pertaining to individual and business taxes, tax laws, and forms and publications, the IRS website provides information that can be downloaded for current and previous tax years. You may use the link provided to link to the IRS Web site. If you are in dispute with the IRS over your federal taxes and need assistance, the Taxpayer Advocate Service is available to assist you. If Senator Moran can be of service, please call his Hays office or complete the Privacy Act Consent Form and submit it with any supporting documentation.

Requirements

Determine if your concerns are with the federal government or the state of Kansas.

If your problem or issue is with the federal government, send the Privacy Act Consent Form, which you can complete and print in Step Three, and a letter to Senator Moran asking for assistance. Be sure to sign the letter and include your address and daytime phone number.

Send the Privact Act Consent Form and letter to Senator Moran's office along with any additional information you may have regarding your case.
