The Department of State represents and protects U.S. interests around the world. The agency issues passports and assists Americans with travel abroad. The State Department's website, travel.state.gov provides travel safety announcements and explains entry requirements and services available to Americans living or traveling abroad.

Requirements

Determine if your concerns are with the federal government or the state of Kansas.

If your problem or issue is with the federal government, send the Privacy Act Consent Form, which you can complete and print in Step Three, and a letter to Senator Moran asking for assistance. Be sure to sign the letter and include your address and daytime phone number.

Send the Privact Act Consent Form and letter to Senator Moran's office along with any additional information you may have regarding your case.
